Join Kailey of Hipnotic Hoopa for a 30 min group hoop session every Monday night.

Each class will be different and include a variety of hoop moves -fitness and dance, on body hooping, and a short warm-up and cool down. The waitroom will open 15 minutes before class so you can set up.
Jump into class at any time! All you need is a hoop and water. We'll have a 15 min live Q&A at the end of class to answer all your questions!
