*This program is intended for students entering grades 5-12*
Get ready to hoop dance with Kailey (owner of Hipnotic Hoopla) in this unique and inspiring class!
Hoop dance is a fusion of hula hooping and modern dance. We will learn on and off body tricks to popular songs. Benefits: build confidence, nurture self-esteem, improve balance, coordination, and flexibility.
Professional hoops provided. Cotton clothing and close-toed shoes are recommended. No experience needed.
