Join us for a hoop dance class on the beach! We will learn fun dance and fitness moves with your hoop and a mini choreography. Anyone can hoop! All you need is the correct size, method, and a little motivation.
A fun mix of waist hooping and off body moves for a total body workout. All ages. No experience needed.

PARKING: Large lot. No fee for parking. Short 5 minute walk to the beach.
Be sure to bring water!
$10 per person. Kids under 6 FREE! Professional hula hoops provided and available to order. Space is limited.
