About the event
Join us for a hoop dance class on the beach! We will learn fun dance and fitness moves with your hoop and a mini choreography. Anyone can hoop! All you need is the correct size, method, and a little motivation.
A fun mix of waist hooping and off body moves for a total body workout. All ages. No experience needed.
Class will take place in front of the playground on the beach! It is right next to M & J Seafood Stand. Park by the basketball courts. The beach and parking is free after 5 pm.

PARKING: Free parking and beach access after 5 pm.
Be sure to bring water!
$10 per person. Kids under 5 FREE! Professional hula hoops provided and available to order. Space is limited.
