Join us for a hoop dance class on the beach! We will learn fun dance and fitness moves with your hoop and a mini choreography. Anyone can hoop! All you need is the correct size, method, and a little motivation.
A fun mix of waist hooping and off body moves for a total body workout. All ages. No experience needed.
Class will take place next to the pier on the beach. Use the beach entrance in front of the pavillion. The Walnut Beach Farmers Market will be taking place at the pavillion from 4-7pm. Stop by before class to check it out!

LOCATION: Walnut Beach, Milford
PARKING: Free lot for Milford Residents with a 2019 sticker. Metered parking on Viscount Drive and East Broadway will cost $2.50 an hour. Visitors will input their space number (marked in the middle of the spot) and payment to the kiosk.
