Join Kailey of Hipnotic Hoopa for a 45 min hoop class every Monday and Thursday!

Week 1 Focus: On body
Each class will be different and include a variety of hoop moves -fitness and dance, on body hooping, and a short warm-up and cool down.
Jump into class at any time! All you need is a hoop and water. We'll have a 10 min live Q&A at the end of class to answer all your questions! Starts at 8:15p.
